Invitations are usually sent out around three months before your wedding. A great way of letting people know about your wedding in advance is to send out Save the Date cards. These are usually sent out around six months before your wedding.

It is advisable to order your wedding stationery at least six to nine months before your wedding (if you are planning to send out Save the Date cards, it is recommended that these are ordered at least nine months before your wedding). Once your order has been placed, you should receive proofs within 10 working days. It will then take approx. six weeks from receipt of your approved proofs for the order to be completed. Please note that it is advisable to have your Order of Service/Day checked with those who are involved in the ceremony. It may also be a good idea for the venue or caterers to check your menu.

Although we shall need to know all items and quantities you require, you can choose to supply the information for 'on the day' items such as the Order of Service/Day, Menus and Place Cards at a later date if these details are not yet finalised. In this instance, the orders will become separate, therefore final payments will be made separately when each respective set of signed proofs are returned.
Please make sure you supply all the information in good time for your order to be completed. Remember that six weeks are needed to complete the order once the signed proofs have been returned so it is advisable that you make sure all the information for the remaining items is supplied at least two months before your wedding date.

All designs can be tailored to suit your requirements so if you wish to change any wording used then please mention this when placing your order.

Most designs can be altered to suit your requirements, click here to view the ribbon swatches. If the colour you wish to have is not there, I will endeavour to find your chosen colour as long as you can supply something I can match it to, for example, a swatch of material. Please note that this is not always possible. Colours for other items, such as beads, can be discussed at the time of ordering.

As each range is designed with appropriate typefaces to suit the style, it is not recommended that any typefaces are changed.

The price you see includes all artwork, craft, proofs and subsequent amends. Envelopes* for Invitations, Save the Date cards, RSVP cards and Thank You cards are included, pre-printed envelopes for RSVP cards can be supplied at an additional cost. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Please note that the price does not include postage.
*cream or white envelopes supplied as standard.

When placing an order, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire order. Payment of the remaining balance (plus postage) will be required when the signed proofs are returned. Orders will not be produced until full payment has been made and cleared. Please make cheques payable to N Andrews.

You will receive a flat print-out of each item ordered. You will also receive a proof form which needs to be signed and returned along with the final
payment. Please study the proofs carefully, it is important that everything is correct as this is the only time you will get to check your stationery. Once
you are satisfied that everything is correct, please sign the proof form and return it along with the flat print-outs of your items.

If you spot an error of any kind on your proofs please circle the mistake, initial it and fill in the appropriate section of the proof form. You will then be
sent a second proof in pdf format via email which you will need to sign off by printing out the proof form and sending it back. If sending via email is a concern, please call to discuss alternative arrangements.

To fully appreciate a design, you may order up to three samples. Download a sample request form, fill it in and send it along with your payment. Samples are £3 per design, plus postage and packaging, however this will be refunded upon placing an order with us (less the postage and packaging cost).

SAVE THE DATE CARDS These are a great way of letting your guests know your wedding date in advance, especially if you are inviting guests from overseas or if you are planning to marry over the summer months. You will need to order one per household, one per couple or one each for any guests who are single.

INVITATIONS AND RSVP CARDS You need to order and send one invitation per household, one per couple or one each for any guests who are single. It is advisable to order a few spares to accommodate writing errors or for a reserve list if you have one. Reply cards can be sent with all invitations. These can prompt a quick response from your guests and also give them an option to specify any dietary requirements.

ORDER OF SERVICE/DAY The order of service/day details your ceremony or the order to the day, showing any readings or music used, giving the words of any hymns etc. and it usually acknowledges the people involved in the ceremony. It also gives your guests a lovely memento of the day. It is advisable to order one booklet for each guest and one each for the important members of the wedding party, including yourselves! Copies may also need to be given to members of the church/ choir/organist etc.

MENU AND PLACE CARDS Allow a minimum of 3 menus per table of 8 people, with extra for the top table. If you are ordering blank place cards then you may need to order a few extra to allow for any mistakes. Menu place cards are a great way of combining a personal menu and place card, you will need to order one per person.

THANK YOU CARDS You will need one per household who attended the wedding or one per person, couple or family who gave a gift. Thank You cards can be left blank for you to write your own personal message. Alternatively, you may have a standard thank you message printed on each insert.

TABLE NAMES OR NUMBERS You need one per table at the reception, remembering to include the top table. This is a way of continuing the theme of your wedding together with the menus and place cards.

TABLE PLAN This shows your guests where they are to be seated and can also follow the theme of the rest of your stationery. You will need to supply a list of guests' names with which table they are to be sat at.

GUEST INFORMATION You may wish to include a separate card to include any relevant information such as directions to venues, accommodation details or any telephone numbers for taxi firms. You could also include details of your wedding gift list, if you are having one. This card can be printed single or double sided and will be sized accordingly to fit in with your invitations.
