All customers will be asked to sign the order form and by doing so, agree to the following terms and conditions, please read them carefully...

In this agreement, the following words will have the following meanings:
'agreement' means the terms and conditions.
'I/We/Sugar Love' means Natasha Andrews trading as Sugar Love.
'you/your/customer' means to whom the order is being supplied to.

Each product is individually handmade by Sugar Love. Because of this nature, there may be slight variations between designs, this does not under any circumstances affect the quality of the design.

Samples must be paid for in advance and will not be sent until funds have been cleared. Cost of samples will be refunded upon placing an order, less postage and packaging. Under no circumstances must these be reproduced in any way by anyone other than Sugar Love.

When placing an order, the customer will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the entire order. Payment of the remaining balance (plus postage) will be required when the signed proofs are returned. Orders will not be produced until full payment has been made and funds cleared. Cheques should be made payable to N Andrews.

Cancellation of an order must be given in writing. There will be no refund for any monies paid.

Sugar Love does not refund or exchange any items, unless they are faulty and this will be at Sugar Love's discretion.

Proof reading is the customer's responsibility. Sugar Love will not be held responsible for any errors that have gone unnoticed after the proofs have been approved by the customer. All proofs will require a signature. Sugar Love will be not be held responsible for any spelling mistakes the customer has made, any items needing reprinting due to the customer's error will be treated as a new order and priced accordingly. In the unlikely event that an error is made on Sugar Love's part, after proofs have been approved, then such items will be replaced or amended free of charge.

Sugar Love will not be held responsible for any copyright permission needed for any hymns or pieces of music used in the Ceremony. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain permission, if necessary.

All orders will be carefully packaged using bubble wrap to protect the items and will be sent using a Recorded/Special Delivery service. Orders will be delivered on weekdays only, please supply an appropriate delivery address when filling in the order from. Please bear in mind that each delivery will require a signature upon receipt. Once the order has been delivered, it will become your responsibilty and held at your own risk, we shall not be liaible for its loss or destruction.

Sugar Love cannot accept liability for any loss, damage or delay of orders once dispatched for delivery. If this is a concern, please call to discuss alternative arrangements.

Sugar Love reserves the right to extend completion/delivery dates if any of the following occur:
i) Alterations are made to the order. ii) Delay in sending back the signed proofs iii) Delay in making final payments. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the order is placed within good time.

Sugar Love will not be held responsible for any delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond control such as postal strikes, postal errors, delay in delivery of materials or unexpected illnesses. If any problems occur, the customer will be informed immediately.

Sugar Love accepts no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on any products.

Sugar Love reserves the right to change the prices at any time. Price changes will not affect any orders already placed.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If Sugar Love experiences any difficulties in sourcing any materials used to create the stationery, the customer will be notified and similar materials of equivalent quality will be suggested.

All products are handmade, sometimes using extremely small parts. Sugar Love accepts no responsibility for any injuries caused by any parts of the designs. These products should not, under any circumstances, be given to any small children as they may become a choking hazard.

All designs are covered by copyright by Sugar Love. It is an infringement of copyright to replicate any designs.
