• Choose your design and select which colour materials you wish to have applied to your design.
• Choose your wording (see wording options).
• Decide upon quantities, it is advisable to order a small amount of extras to allow for any extra guests invited or any writing errors.
• Fill in the order form and return to Sugar Love along with your deposit of 50% to secure your order. If your order is less than £100, then full payment is required at the time of order. Cheques should be made payable to N Andrews.
• By signing the order form, you agree to the terms and conditions.
• On confirmation of your order, you will then be sent your proof pack. Once proofs are approved, signed and returned, the full order will be completed.
• You will also then need to pay the remaining balance (including the postage) which needs to be cleared before the order can be started. On the occasion that it is necessary to send a second proof, then this will be sent to you via email in pdf format (if this is a concern, please call to discuss alternative arrangements). We will then need final sign-off from you before any work can begin.

Remember to include the following when returning your order form:
• A fully completed, signed and dated order form.
• A deposit cheque for 50% of the total made payable to N Andrews.
• A printed sheet of all wording to be used (unless you have chosen to send it via email, in which case please save it as a word document and entitle
it as your surname).

To help you fully appreciate the design of the stationery, you may order up to three sample designs.
These samples will be made using the wording and colours of your choice so will give you a good representation of what you can expect.
Each sample design will be charged at £3 each, plus postage and packaging. If you wish to place an order, the cost of the samples (not including the postage and packaging) will be deducted from your final total.
If you wish to receive any samples, please fill in the Samples Request form and send to us along with your payment.
